Let’s not forget that Beta 4 was released a week early and was supposed to be the public beta, maybe for macOS, but I didn’t understand why Xcode needed to be released especially if they document its broken. The rumor I saw was it’s was an accident, “fat fingers”, really? If you kept Xcode Beta 3, then maybe you can regress, has anybody tried?
Oh didn't know... The Foundation Model issues started in Beta 3 for me on the day that Beta 4 came out, so unfortunately, they store the model globally with no way to revert back... pretty crazy! I had to upgrade to Beta 4 to get better results, but found out from an Apple engineer on X that the model was throwing guardrail errors while downloading, so many of my initial issues were from the new model downloading but there being no errors about that...
Omg - thanks for sharing
